Project Summary
SLS Health was commissioned by the Oregon Health Authority to supply additional medical personnel in response to the Omicron Covid-19 surge in January 2022.
Their support extended to various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, Federally Qualified Health Clinics, a Test-to-Treat program, and Behavioral Health Clinics, as well as Secure Residential Treatment Facilities. In total, SLS Health deployed 280 highly qualified medical professionals in 22 cities and 16 counties across Oregon. All recruited staff possessed the necessary licenses, certifications, and Emergency Authorizations.
SLS Health's services included orienting staff to their respective work sites and relevant policies and procedures, especially those related to patient care protocols. Favorite Healthcare Staffing served as the subcontractor responsible for deploying all staff. The project involved clinical staff, onsite representatives, project managers, project coordinators, data analysts, and dedicated teams for recruitment, travel, licensing, and credentialing.
